Overview
An end-to-end dental clinic management system driven by an autonomous conversational voice agent. Patients can dial in, schedule appointments, reschedule existing bookings, or inquire about procedures in natural flowing dialogue orchestrated through Vapi AI (<450ms voice latency). The scheduling backend executes atomic schedule-locking transactions in PostgreSQL via Prisma, guaranteeing zero double-bookings, followed by instant confirmation dispatches via Resend.
